Returns are free and easy! E-mail sales@jandjinks.com with your reason for return, order number, and other details so we can help ya out!

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturer Defects: rips, tears, holes, loose seams, etc. 
  • Printer Malfunction: ink smear, spelling error, misplacement, etc. 
  • Incorrect personalization: personalization was not printed as purchased
  • Wrong size received

All clearance/sale items purchases are final. Returned items are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. No refunds are available.
